We have a range of pre-printed Tees available, many with a “drink” related theme, and have a line of humorous slogans, all silk-screen printed for both longevity and durabilty, which we sell at Beer Festivals around the country and using the CATALOGUE links in the navigation above.
With our Bespoke Service we are able to advise on your personal needs, from the most apt decoration process to the suitability of garments for your end use – whether that is for leisure, heavy-soil workwear or light office duties. We won’t offer a cheap quote to secure your order – we’ll offer what we believe suits your needs at a competitive price.
If you are interested in having your own design(s) printed or embroidered onto garments, such as T’s, Polo, Sweat, Fleeces etc, we welcome the opportunity to quote to supply according to your needs.
We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction. All of our pre-printed products come with a no quibble, 30 day, money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply return the goods, in good order and we will refund or replace as per your instructions.
When returning by Royal Mail you may obtain a “proof of posting” form free – this will “insure” your parcel up to £28. For higher value items we recommend that you use recorded delivery.
Please remember, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We are proud of our service and the quality of our products, so if you are not completely and utterly delighted, for any reason whatsoever, we will replace your order free of charge.

All complaints should be made, in writing, via e-mail or post. We will acknowledged complaints within 5 working days; the complaint will be handled within 10 working days of receipt and the customer notified of the findings within 10 working days of acknowledgement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Security and Privacy
In compliance with our Card Payment provider (Streamline) we must attain annual validation for Compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to be able to continue with the use of a mobile card terminal; this validation ensures customer details are protected to reduce data breach; Smart T’s does not and will not hold customer card information on computer; paper information is stored only for the term required by banking rules, under secure conditions after which it is destroyed by incineration by Smart T’s staff and is never dealt with by third parties.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose information collected to third parties, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected is for processing orders. From time to time, Smart T’s may advise you of offers or up-dates, although we will not send unsolicited mail. Should you not wish to receive any marketing news directly associated with Smart T’s you may say so. The information collected will be your name, address, phone number, e-mail and selected designs.
We take it seriously that our garments are produced by manufacturers with sound ethical practices; most of Smart T’s tees are from Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Uneek; without listing each manufacturer’s approach or answers to this issue, we can only outline some of their main points and guidelines and name the Organisations they have worked with to ensure fair practices are in place; the text below is by no means the full description of the policies of the garment manufacturers but we hope it gives an overview to assure their intentions.
Expectations of our chosen manufacturers:
in conjunction with Fair Wear Foundation
– no use of child labour and must have completed a period of compulsory education
– no forced labour, including prisoners
– safe and healthy working environment in hygienic conditions with risk assessments in place and without fear of intimidation or threats or punishment
– legal labour contracts
– living wage payments to comply with minimum standards to meet at least the legal min. standards and family needs
– rights to form associations to collective bargaining and trade union recognition
– no discrimination against employees by way of recruitment policy or wage policy; access to training, promotion, pensions and all other areas of labour relations; are conducted on the basis of equal opportunities, regardless of sex, race, colour, religion, political orientation, trade union membership, nationality, social background, disabilities or handicaps
– no excessive working hours; no more than 48 hrs per week on a regular basis with at least 1 day off in every 7 day period; voluntary overtime and will not amount to more than 12 hours per week and will always match additional compensation
– working with Ethic Trading Initiative, Fair Labor Assoc., Social Accountability Int’l., Workers Rights Consortium and Clean Clothes Campaign

Below is our guide to garment fittings. Please remember it is approximate – some people wear their shirts tighter than others!
If you are unsure of what size you need, the best way is to measure one of your existing shirts that fits you well and compare it to the “flat across chest” measurement.

All of our stock designs are silk-screen printed and, therefore are produced in bulk as required during the course of the year; unfortunately this does not allow for specific requests to be met – including sizes that are not in the options box.
If you see sites offering a choice of shirt colours and sizes, ad hoc it will be because they are “transfer” or “vinyl” printed images. Whereas we acknowledge this is great for offering choice, we feel the print quality is not as durable as screen print and avoid these styles of printing where longevity is demanded. Smart T’s shirts are designed to last for a reasonable amount of time and, if you follow the care instructions on the label should out-last ‘transfers’ or ‘vinyl’ prints in spades. This, we believe, offers better value for money.
All designs are in stock and orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of your order being received. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post which are scheduled to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. For any other region please contact your postal service for information. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and orders can only be sent by standard Royal Mail post service – sorry, but we cannot dispatch by Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Next Day Delivery and can only advise that you place your order with ample time to receive for any time-sensitive occasions. In the unlikely event your order is not currently in stock we will advise within 48 hours. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order with complete refund, await re-stocking or to select an alternative design or size. We aim to hold all items in stock or to re-stock within 14 days.
All shirts are posted separately, regardless of multiple orders being placed at the same time; shirts are dispatched in a bio-degradeable plastic envelope, suitable for delivery through a standard letterbox and no signature is required. Shirts are folded inside the envelope. Although we make our best endeavours to avoid ‘surprise gifts’ being discovered it will clearly be fabric inside the envelope!

Returns/Refund Policy Pre-Printed shirts:
Don’t panic! We all make mistakes. If you are at all unhappy with your garment(s), whether it be an incorrect size, ordered in error or simply an unwanted gift, we will be only too pleased to refund your payment for all or part of your order, provided the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were supplied; simply return to Smart T’s Ltd, enclosing a brief description of your requirements and a return address; unfortunately it may mean we need to issue a cheque for the amount due as there is limited time in which we can refund to your card account, which will mean we will also need a name to make the cheque payable to; we cannot accept returned goods that have been washed or excessively worn or are no longer in the same condition as supplied. This does not effect your statutory rights. Our ‘no quibble guarantee’ is for 30 days from receipt of order but we may extend this under certain conditions, such as a gift for an occasion in the future where the complaint could not be anticipated. Goods received as our error will be replaced without further cost to you.
