The following is a guide to sizes. Please remember it is approximate – some people wear their shirts tighter than others!
If you are unsure of what size you need, the best way is to measure one of your existing shirts that fits you well and compare it to the “flat across chest” measurement.
The length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem.

Washing instructions
All garments come with a ‘care label’ and you are advised to follow it for best results.
All can be machine washed at 40 degrees and most can be tumble dried on medium heat.
Embroidered garments can be washed as advised on the clothing label.
When ironing please ensure that any print is ironed from the inside or the back of the garment only.
Do not iron directly on the printed decoration!
