Pre-Printed Tees Delivery Schedule:
All designs are in stock and orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of your order being received. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post which are scheduled to arrive within 3 working days of despatch. Orders to Europe, North America and Australia are all sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Air Mail and will arrive after 5 working days. For any other region please contact your postal service for more information. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and orders can only be sent by standard Royal Mail post services – sorry, but we cannot despatch by Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Next Day Delivery and can only advise that you order with ample time to receive for any time-sensitive occasions. Specific instructions such as “If not in, please leave in the plastic box behind the shed” (or similar) cannot be adhered to. See also “Packaging… ” below
Back Orders:
In the unlikely event your order is not currently in stock we will advise within 48 hours. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order with complete refund, await re-stocking or to select an alternative design or size. We aim to hold all items in stock or to re-stock within 14 days.
Packaging
All shirts are packed and posted separately, regardless of multiple orders being placed at the same time; shirts are despatched in a bio-degradeable plastic envelope, suitable for delivery through a standard letterbox and no signature is required (see ‘Eco-Commitments’ below). It is our best endeavours to avoid ‘surprise gifts’ being discovered but it will clearly be fabric inside the envelope!
