We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction. All our products come with a no quibble, 30 day, money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply return the goods, in good order and we will credit your account or replace them to suit your requirements.
Please obtain a “proof of posting” form free from the post office for any returns – this will “insure” your parcel up to £28. For higher value items we recommend that you use recorded delivery – the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Bespoke printed and embroidered orders
We are proud of our service and the quality of our products, so if you are not completely and utterly delighted, for any reason whatsoever, we will replace your order free of charge.

All complaints should be made, in writing, via e-mail or post. We will acknowledged complaints within 5 working days; the complaint will be handled within 10 working days of receipt and the customer notified of the findings within 10 working days of acknowledgement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
